Auto-Renew Plans not renewing

I went back and checked our old plans because I thought we had way more customers coming due in October/

November. It turns out a lot of our customers are still on plans, but for some reason, the plans that were supposed to auto-renew did not renew automatically. There seems to be an issue with the system where these plans just aren’t renewing like they’re supposed to.

I’m having to go back through them one by one and manually renew each plan. Some of these customers are actually coming due as soon as this upcoming month, so I’m trying to get everything corrected and make sure no one gets missed.
