Show service breakdown for pending jobs

Allow viewing job details — the included services and their individual prices — for jobs in the Pending category. Currently only the total amount is shown, with no way to see the service breakdown. Without this detail, pending jobs cannot be scheduled correctly. Jobs end up in Pending for different reasons: some clients have no service plan, and others were placed there because they chose to delay their appointment; in all cases the service breakdown is needed to schedule them.
