Service agreement terms longer than 36 months (e.g., 5-year plans)

Service agreements currently cap at 36 months, so multi-year plans like a 5-year holiday lighting agreement can't be set up. Customers choosing between 3-year and 5-year options in an option quote need the agreement term to match. Today's workaround is using a shorter term and handling the extended commitment manually.

"I think the service agreements go as far as 36 months, so they wouldn't go past that, so it'd only be up to three years, right? ... So, I wouldn't be able to do a five."
