Move Stage action on Job, Invoice and Quote workflow triggers

Make the "Move Stage" action available in workflows triggered by Job Completed, Payment Completed, Quote Sent and other job, invoice and quote events. Today it's only available on lead and opportunity triggers, so moving a pipeline card when a job, payment or quote event happens requires workarounds like tag-relay workflows.
